The 13th annual John P. Frank Memorial Lecture at ASU will be held Monday, February 20, 2012 at 7 p.m. in Neeb Hall. The event will feature Erwin Chemerinsky (pictured at right), Founding Dean and Distinguished Professor of Law in the School of Law at the University of California, Irvine.
